OPENING DOORS

WALES INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF THEATRE FOR YOUNG AUDIENCES

16 – 20 March 2010

Drama, puppets, laughter, dance and more will be on offer in this unique and friendly festival. During the five days world class productions from Wales and beyond will be entertaining young audiences on stages across Aberystwyth during the day, evening and weekend. For 2010, the 6th biennial festival, companies from France, Austria and Russia will perform alongside our home grown talent. There will also be rehearsed readings, seminars, receptions, sight-seeing trip and a festival bar (for discussing, planning, networking - and some singing!!).

We look forward to welcoming festival goers from all over the world to our beautiful and busy seaside town. The Festival will be held in and around Aberystwyth - in the stunning scenery of West Wales – which has rail and road links to major airports such as Birmingham International, Cardiff and Heathrow. The coastal town of Aberystwyth is the home to some of the major Welsh cultural institutions and one of Wales’ best and busiest arts centres.
