Theatr Iolo’s production takes the audience into the magical and mysterious world of the Brothers Grimm told through the rich and exciting words of poet Carol Ann Duffy.

When it was midday, they saw a beautiful white bird singing on a branch … the bird flapped its creamy white wings and flew off in front of them, and they followed it till it landed on the roof of a little house.

The stories of Snow White and Hansel and Gretel unfold through moments of excitement and fear, sadness and joy in a highly visual production with newly composed music played on live instruments.
