Newspapers are cut, scrunched, ripped and glued to create people and places… Words are spoken and read and put end to end… Shapes emerge as we watch, sentences grow as we listen... And a story is born…
Performed in English and French.

Newspapers are cut, scrunched, ripped and glued to create people and places… Words are spoken and read and put end to end… Shapes emerge as we watch, sentences grow as we listen... And a story is born…

It's the story of…what? It's a story of a queen and a king and their little prince…

THIS AND THAT – FAITS DIVERS has been created by some of Belgium’s most experienced theatre artists and is a great chance to introduce children to a foreign language in this hilarious and touching bilingual production.

Sac-à-Dos returns to the festival (after the company’s popular success here in 2000 with Memories of a Tree) with a brand new show which wowed its audiences at the premier in Belgium last year (when the comment of a young Welsh festival-goer was 'Great! you've got to book it, dad!').

target age: 6-12 years KS1-2
duration: 50 minutes
